How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours. Domestic (Pakistan) delivery takes 3–5 business days. International orders take 10–15 business days.
Are the colours truly handmade?
Absolutely. We use 100% natural, plant-based dyes. Each Chunri is hand-dyed by artisans who have refined this craft over decades.
What is the 20% order confirmation advance?
We require 20% as an advance to confirm your order. This amount is deducted from your total invoice. The remaining balance is payable on delivery.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We only offer an exchange if we deliver the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design, or wrong article).
